Clark, that's superb world building (love the boulder field surround). Also, I would buy a novel about a red-headed wiccan! That's fun and interesting. And, of course, putting her with/up against a stodgy PI. Nothing could be more fascinating to read. Are you represented presently?

Clark, congrats on your contract (possible contract). I do not have an agent yet. I'm setting up my schedule for the next twelve months, and it will include a methodical search for an agent. I'm hopeful, ready, and excited. You're obviously on a roll, too.

Hey, Clark, it was fun wasn't it? And, Molly, bless her heart, kept us earth bound.

I've e-mailed Sunny re: our meeting at AZ Mystery writers. I've also posted the event and the group on my FB page: All Mystery e-newsletter. Friend me, okay? Oh, and tell someone in AMW that they need to put up a page...that's another way they can do announcements to authors of meetings and events. See ya!

I went as a soldier. Then took my discharge and stayed for a time working as a copy editor for North Asia Press, one of a number of businesses operated by an American entrepreneur.

I had a near miss on Nam. I was at Ft. Meade, Md., as PIO for the Army's original helicopter demonstration team. We were preparing for the Paris Air Show when Vietnam started heating up.

All our ships, pilots and mechanics and the CO got orders for Vietnam. By an odd fluke, the XO and I went to Korea. Fortunate, too. Some of the guys from the team didn't make it back.

    Hi Clark,

Just got back to CrimeSpace and saw your comment, so thanks for connecting.  I'm not great at social networking, but the comments are interesting.  Keep up the good writing.  :-))
