Hi, Kate,
I had already checked out your site and love it. I think we are already communicating. I'm the one who just sent you a PDF review copy of my cozy mystery.
Hi Kate,
Thanks for your cordial welcome. The CrimeSpace format with all the comments is a new experience for me--looks like fun. I like your book review site. I see that someone sent you a PDF of their book. You must be quite busy, but how does one qualify to be reviewed by you? I publish my cozy and romantic mysteries under my label, Moon Cactus Books.
Happy reading! Molly ^..^
Kate, I like your website. I sort of review books, but mine are more endorsement type. I'm an editor of Novel Journey and we have a sister site, Novel Reviews.
Kate,
Would you be interested in giving me a review on my adult fantasy coming out in Feb? It'll be the unedited version, if that's ok. I have a problem with my publisher, they stopped production until Jan 1, my book was in the middle of being edited when that happened. Now I'm not sure what to do, so I'm just going to keep moving forward anyway.
Hi Kate, thank you for your comment this a.m. I have checked out your blog - good job! It looks great and you provide some great reviews. Im glad to have joined the site - it's exciting. If you've got some time, check out my site at www.ebookbotics.com. I'm interested in publishing futures. Was great to read some of your blog posts!
Thank you. Yes, a bit intimidating is right! I feel a rush of energy that is parting my hair more than usual. But to be sans hair is to be closer with God. (No buffer)
Dear Kate, Thank you for your kind greeting. I am a die-hard mystery fan, even ran an independent mystery book store for several years. I am always on the lookout for new books, especially since I read voraciously. I used to read mysteries for The Book of the Month Club and write reviews. This is going to be fun!
Kate, thank you for your warm welcome. So nice to know you! To know me a little better, please visit my web site, www.authorgeraldgriffin.com. While there, please sign my Guest Book. I welcome you signing in. As you might gather, my recently released novel, OF GOOD AND EVIL, offers an entirely different and original perspective on crime not found elsewhere. Maybe that will put me in good stead.
Nice to make your acquaintance, Kate. It'll probably be after Christmas when I get a chance to check this site out more. In the meantime, thanks for the welcome and all the best for Christmas and the New Year.
Hi Kate,
I looked at your blog and like it. I'll be applying for a review in the future especially since I write cozy-style mysteries and don't like graphic violence or harsh language myself. I tend to be a method writer and couldn't take the writing otherwise. LOL
Oops, I started to answer and lost the page -- Don't know if it got posted or not. Just wanted to say thanks so much, Kate! I'm looking forward to meeting other whodunit aficionados and talking about favourite mysteries and authors.
I did try to look at your blog, but got a message that the server couldn't locate it. Shall try again later.
Hi Kate, and thanks for the welcome. Your' Book Buff' was interesting and helpful. I will join that also. My main reason for being here was to compliment author Jon Loomis on his excellent books, 'High Season' and 'Mating Season' . If you like authors like Carl Hiassen, James W Hall and Randy Wayne White, then you shouldn't miss Jon Loomis.
Thanks again for the welcome Kate, I will be back to both of these great sites often
Thanks for the welcome. This is new to me and yes, intimidating! But I will forge ahead. There is so much great information and connection! That's the best. Being a writer is all too often just about me, my fingers and the keys!
Great blog. I like that you put the movie-rate equivalents. I am a huge movie fan too. In fact, for three years I wrote movie reviews for a local newspaper in Honduras.
I'm tempted to send you my recent title, Treasure Hunt, for review, but I need to check with my publisher first. I understand they're taking care of that.
Anyway, thanks for leaving a comments. See you around.
Thank you for your welcome note, I was pleased to get it. Haven't had time to look round the site properly yet, just in the process of setting up a new business. I am off to the london book fair tomorrow so hope to have a look at your blog and the rest of the site later this week.
