Now living mentally on the dark side, but physically in sunny Florida.
About Me:
I'm published in lurid noir and hard-boiled crime fiction. Coming Oct. 2009 - FINISHED - Yellow Mama. In April 2008, my short story PENNIES FROM HEAVEN appeared in "Out of the Gutter Magazine." In Jun & Jul 2007, Parts 1 & 2 of SAFE IN THE HOUSE appeared in Bad Things (formerly Thug Works).
I have a master's degree in Criminal Forensics Studies: Behavioral Analysis. I'm certified in Advanced Sexual Predator Analysis and stalking behaviors. I've worked for a diva forensic anthropologist - she made ME cook the corpse! So, no surprise, I write dark psychological suspense.

I definitely prefer CrimeSpace to MySpace, though I don't give it nearly the attention it deserves. So much to do on the internet, so little time. Back in the days when I had to write on a typewriter, 10,000 word days were not unusual. Now, in the days of these "efficient" electrological computing boxes, a thousand words is a miracle. Oh, the distractions.
Greetings! I see we share much of the same interests. I was a psych undergrad and have always been fascinated with causes of behavior. I started reading true crime novels when i was in school and have continued to study crimes. In fact I am always accused of digging too deep but I really want to know who my characters are and what makes them behave as they do. And you?
Yup, I am on Nathan's blog, trying to get the scoop on the publishing world. Nice to connect with a fellow crime fiction writer! I read your "about me" page, good luck with the final few days before earning your master's degree in criminal forensics studies.
