Most recently, switched careers to become a high school English teacher at the newly created Proviso Math and Science Academy in Forest Park, Illinois. Has a Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University and is pursuing a Masters in Education from National Louis University.
Writes from Chicago. On the board of Love Is Murder, a multi-genre conference for writers and readers, and the Chicago chapter of Sisters in Crime. The Diva's Fool is my second mystery novel, the launch of a mystery/paranormal series based on the Major Arcana of the Tarot cards.

Welcome to Crime Space. My name is Lee Martin, a retired Forensic Crime Scene Investigator. I too am from a suburb of Chicago. Ever heard of Dolton? It's South of Chicago near Calumet City, Holland, Riverdale and so on.
