Thanks for the make of the glass. I gotta find some. I'll have to hunt down the Rittenhouse. Kansas, for all that I love it, is way behind on allowing brands in, so I'll have to get some while I'm on the road. By the way, I came across a neat list on a great site, LeNell's. I think we have a long way to go before crossing all of them off -- and the list doesn't include Tennessee whiskeys.

I've since tried it with Wild Turkey Rare Breed, as well as Rittenhouse Rye, but I'll have to give Bulleit a go now.

The glass is by Krosno, they're not that expensive but I love the heavy base.

That looks really yummy. Although I like Beam just fine, try it with Bulleit Bourbon and sweet vermouth (I like Martini & Rossi) and use a maraschino cherry. The Bulleit has a bite and an aromatic quality that I think are outstanding. Match that to the sweet from the vermouth and the cherry and you have the nectar of the gods.
I like your glass. It looks like you can still keep the drink in the glass after picking it up. I have reached the point where I ask for tumbler because those fancy martini glasses embarrass me every time.
