Penny and her six babies
All arrived Saturday, August 25. Mama tired but well.--pups hungry! Dad asleep at my feet as I write this! Unfortuntely we lost one little girl. We think of her often. She's near a lilac tree in the back garden.

lively, isn't the word! Just feeding Mama now. puppies are sleeping. occasionally she pokes her head out and then steps out for a break. poor thing. it's not easy for her. (or me!) all the best.
