Hi James,

Almost all the dyslexic people I've met are talented. As for writing: well, at least one very successful (though not necessarily admirable!) British writer is dyslexic. Don't let it stop you: there are such people as editors, who will help you out. Okay, your name isn't "Jack Russell", but the initials "JR" imply that sort of tenacity...

A pleasure to meet another British author on this site!

I've just told B.R. that I'll be happy to read "Death of a Young Lieutenant" too. I enjoyed "Murderous Passions" despite the technical flaws - the narrative voice is entertaining and the pace is good. So our friend in Kansas is going to receive two Brit crits...
