I just finished my arcs for my novel. It took 2 weeks on almost constant writing. I have less and less of a social life. Because I am a new writer, i find it necessary to storyboard every scene which help me immensely but adds time to the writing of the scene.
I am not sure how long a classic cozy mystery is supposed to be. Someone told me about 250 pages. How long is each chapter supposed to be? each scene?

My first entry 04-25-2009
Today I start my blog. I have been told that blogging really helps the writer because it empties out the mind. I wanted to go to the LA Festival of Books today at UCLA and I even got tickets to some of the events, but I woke up late and I have a really bad cold. I am really bummed out.
