Part of the reason I read your story is because I have a hitwoman as well but much less developed. I just wanted a peek into your character and I really liked the story. Maybe later on you will go back to Laura and her killing ways. I have put many ideas that seem great at the time away to be explored another day. Good luck!
Niki! You were absolutely adorable! What a sweet little girl! I'm doing great. I ditched that one I was working on--it didn't feel right. In March I started with a different method--just jumping in with characters first--no outline or very little and it took off! I mean as I went on I had to outline more. But I just started the third draft today! and i'm happy with it! hopefully it will be the final draft and then comes editing (no revision)--please tell me how you are too!
Hi Nikki, thanks for th einvite--Ken Bruen and Vicki Hendricks are two of my favorites also. From some of the authors you've listed, you got to check out Jim Thompson: Savage Night, Pop. 1280, Hell of a Woman, Swell-Looking Babe are all must reads.
