Inspired or Tired?

Can all writing projects be made into sellable art or should some just go away permanently? As I've been a reviewer for many years, I can sometimes spot when an author has pulled something out of a back drawer. I blasted someone in a review (and I rarely do that) who had written excellent YA then came out with a very bad one with outdated teen stereotypes - clearly this one was written a long time ago and the author thought no teens would notice?

Love to Write?

Happy Valentine's Day! I must say that while I do have a romantic and thoughtful husband it is our four year old who brings out the real joy in holidays like this one. He insisted on printing his name on his 30+ valentines for his preschool friends which took over an hour. He goes crazy for decorated baked goods, cards, little tokens of affection with hearts on them. It gets my husband and I geared up too.

Fabulous as Always

Did you enjoy yourself at LIM? I don't know how you could not, from great panels to a crimescene program with two savvy police officers, great meals, master classes, evening entertainment, self defense tips and more!
