Somebody Doesn't Like Sarah Leigh

My cozy mystery, SOMEBODY DOESN'T LIKE SARAH LEIGH, is available for Kindle and will come in other formats in the spring of 2012. Set in northern Lower Michigan, it’s an intriguing mystery and more than that. It's also about what can happen to friendships between women.

We've all seen movies and read books about those lifelong, girl-to-woman relationships, and they are wonderful. But what we often don't consider is that some of those friendships go wrong over time. It's hard to say…

Outstanding

The Embroidered Corpse.

Jeannie Blethen-Rigod rated it: 5 of 5 stars

This book was outstanding. The storyline, the characters, dialogue, and actually teaching me about the famous Bayeux Tapestry. My only complaint is that the book was too short. Soon I'll head over to the 3rd in the series.

The ancient walled city of Canterbury has held many secrets over the centuries but none more mysterious than the death of Professor de Gray.

Called in to evaluate the contents of his Tudor Manor House, Belinda and Hazel are confronted with a number of suspects who would benefit from the book the Professor was about to publish; a book he promised would re-write the history of St Thomas Becket who was murdered in the Cathedral in 1170.

The unfriendly secretary Miss Mowbray, the live… Continue

New Review.

New Review.

'Bloody Ham offers an entertaining combination of an old-fashioned whodunit with characters who are fun to meet. It seems everyone on the film set has something to hide and the side threads are as entertaining as the main, twist-filled plot. In short, the book is delightful and recommended to fans of cosies and traditional mysteries'

Another great review for TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET

I'm thrilled that Caryl Harvey, a reviewer at the I Love A Mystery website, gave my second Claire Hanover gift basket designer mystery, TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET, a great review and recommended it to the website's readers. I especially liked the last paragraph:

"TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET is Beth Groundwater's second gift-basket-designer mystery. Groundwater's familiarity with Colorado ski resorts adds realism that roots her readers into her mystery. Her heroine Claire is great fun as an… Continue
