Meet Me at the Virginia Festival of the Book
This is the week of the Virginia Festival of the Book and I’ll be a part of Saturday’s Crime Wave series. The Festival itself runs from Wednesday thru Sunday, but the mystery and thriller fans will gather on Saturday for a series of seven author panels beginning at 10 am.
The Crime Wave Luncheon will feature Julia Spencer-Fleming as our keynote speaker. In case you’ve been living in a cave for the last few years, Julia is an Agatha Award nominee and author of seven mysteries. I will be one of the mystery authors in attendance, so if you’ve got a ticket come join me at my table.
Then at 4pm I will be part of a panel called “Moonlighting--Unlikely Sleuths” along with ace crime writers Krista Davis, Elizabeth Zelvin, and Ross Pennie. A mass book signing follows our presentation. I hope I’ll see you in the line. The whole Crime Wave event is at the Omni Hotel, 235 West Main Street, Charlottesville, VA.
