The last few weeks I've been using Craigslist.com to promote my books. I took up a suggestion to give it a try, not expecting much one way or the other. But it's free. And it has the advantage of targeting specific cities around the world and across the US. And did I mention it was free?

It works. Every time I use it books sales on Barnes&Noble go up. So what if it's from one book a month to maybe two books a month? The evidence suggests it goes up. Since I don't have a publisher working in my corner I do what I can to push the agenda along a little farther down the pike.

I think everyone should give it a try. It doesn't cost a dime. It has a large audience. It covers the world. Why not use it?

It's basically a promo about the book and a web address (www.Barnes&Noble.com) where you can order it. The easiest way to find it is to go that web site, or just search for 'Murderous Passions.'

Wait! So you offer the books for sale on Craig's list? Or you do an ad? What does it say?
