I finally reached the last episode of The Wire – a two-hour special. I can't bring myself to watch it, because then I'll have to go back to The Shield, which is good. But I'll miss Bunk and the gang.
Thanks for the befriending, Roger! America's Next Top Model?!! I can see it, I guess...some of the things that go on there should be a crime. :-)
Happy Writing, Shannon
Two weeks without a computer ! How on earth did you survive? You have my greatest admiration. Yes, I am sure we'll meet at some convention or other, pehaps a CWA do, or a Society of Authors Meeting. I'm in London for the AGM are you attending it? Thanks for the mention about the Red Room. I'm now on that too and must also catch up with all my social networking. At this rate we'll never find time to write.
Hi Roger, I fouund you! This sort of thing becomes addictive. I must get back to some 'proper' writing. My Inspector Horton awaits me. Deadly Waters, the second in the series has just been published in paperback and the third, The Suffocating Sea, is in hardback. I've also written two contemporary thrillers, In Cold Daylight, which was shortlisted for the World Book Day Prize 2008, and In For The Kill. But of course you know that. That's really for others reading your wall! I was also long-listed for the Dagger in the Library Award this year, but sadly didn't make the shortlist - maybe next time... regards, Pauline.

I found this weird moody photo and thought I'd give it an airing. Not sure I like it.
