Hi L.L., I thought I'd stop by now that I have some clue how things work on Crimespace. Interesting that you list Dick Francis first in the authors you like. He was my favorite for several years, and it was from him I learned how to write an opening scene. Wow, two books under two names out in 2008? Wjen is 2008? That should be interesting. I have two in different genres due out in Sept. Both mystery/thrillers but one a sequel to a book with a recovering alcoholic sleuth who owns a parking garage in LA, the other a historical set against the backdrop of the Civil War in New Mexico.
