Sean, Great to see a fellow Illinoian kickin ass. I'm telling everyone I know down here in Central Ill. that, dont walk...run to get BIG CITY BAD BLOOD & TRIGGER CITY !! When can I look for the next Ray Dudgeon novel? Rod Wiethop
I have a new release next year, TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET in May, so I'll be more mystery cons. Mayhem in the Midlands and Bouchercon in Indianapolis are definites, and I'm weighing the possibility of some others--sort of depends on whether the stock market recovers and other economic factors. Will you be at either of the conferences I mentioned?
Recently read your short story in KILLER YEAR, and liked it so much I had to read BIG CITY, BAD BLOOD right away. I can't wait for your next book. Gee, now I have to start making room on my shelves right before Child, Connelly and Crais.
Hey Sean, Just finished Big City Bad Blood. Have to Say that it was GREAT Really enjoyed it. I will have to check out the short stories of Him. Are there one or two of those?
Thanks
Hey Sean, I was able to get a copy of Chicago Blues at our local Borders. For once, they had something I wanted in stock. I've only read two stories but it will be a great collection. I really enjoyed your Ray Dudgeon story. This is a character I want to get to know. Clever title, by the way - The Non Compos Mentis Blues.
Cheers
Like I said in an email I sent you earlier, you gotta love the linkages you can make on the Internet. I thought I would see if you are on Crime Space and here you are.

Okay, I'll read Ken Bruen, then get back to you.
(He seems to have made a lot of favorite lists.)
Still getting lots of hits on your interview. You are popular.
