Hi, Jan & welcome. Looks like you already know a few folks here - very cool. Anyway, poke around a bit. There's almost always something interesting going on here!
Hi Tony! Good to see you here. I wrote the article for Crime and Suspense before I joined this interesting community. Only time will tell if this makes me more prolific, or less. I'm hoping that if I report most days what I've been doing with the writing that it will help me be more productive. I hardly ever have writer's block, so shouldn't be a problem. What I have is submitter's block. As a matter of fact, I have something else I've been meaning to submit to you for a couple of weeks now . . .
Mark! Great to see you, as well. Needed picture, bad hair day, hat.
Yes, I imagine this will increase my procrastination bent termendeously. Although I believe it will be more beneifical all around then that pesky solitaire.
Hey Ant Jan! Thanks much for the article in the April issue of Crime and Suspense (http://www.crimeandsuspense.com). But is CrimeSpace one of the things that helps you get through writer's block, or one of the things that contributes to it???
Hi Jan,
Good to see you here. You and Earl seem to be the hat gang. You know what I'm working on, another novel. Don't know if I'll get much more done. This crimespace thing is becoming the biggest prop to procrastination since computer solitaire.
Well, thank God you two are here--what is with this chatter, and then comments to my blog entry? Why two place to put comments? Do either of you know?
Hi Brian! You think this will be another time waster? Shall we start a debate about that? LOL
And hi to Jannie--we're in Port Aransas right now, on the beach, enjoying the weather. Yes, I'm somewhat, sparodically acitve on SMFS. Sometimes I even stir the pot (but usually someone else puts the pot on to boil in the first place). Yes, introduce yourself on SMFS. We like that. No need to be intimated--we all remember being new. Where do you live now? What are you working on?
Hi Jan, from another Texan. I lived in Arlington for about a year once. I miss it in some ways. I'm a member of SMFS and think you that's where I've seen you before. Is that where I've seen your name? I haven't posted yet, being new, and should. I know-- shame on me. I guess I get intimidated to some extend. ;(
I noticed you lised Mystic River as a fav movie. Mine too! Shaun Penn was at his absolute best! BTW- nice to meet you.
