Norby, Giles rocks. I actually worked with him briefly when we were both copy editors on a magazine. Then we met up again at Bouchercon last year. He's a great guy and a wonderful writer. I love his books.
Jack-- Those are good ruts to be in. But isn't Baby Shark terrific? If you love it, you'll have to read Duane Swierczynski's The Wheelman and The Blonde, Chris Grabenstein's Tilt a Whirl, et al, and Troy Cook's 47 Rules of Highly Effective Bank Robbers. And Of course, Larry Light's Too Rich To Live and Fear & Greed!!!
Hi Meredith. See you at Sleuthfest!
Like your list of books. Those are the people I need to read--I'm doing Baby Shark right now--to catch up with the world of crime fiction. I'm kind of stuck in my rut of Leonard, Crais, Lehane, Perry, and Evanovitch.
Mmm, Miami sounds lovely. Have fun with that & congrats on the book release!
Oh, and welcome to Crimespace (I knew there was a reason I was here!). Nice to see another Bruen fan in the mix, not to mention you've got a great list of movies & tv shows (Rashomon? my hubby would approve).
