Great luck with the Glassblower series. Sounds fascinating. Does Venice have anything to do with it. Is it historical? Thanks for being a friend. Cia camilla
My yes, LOVED "The Riches" and can't wait for next season. We saved them on our TiVo, now we have to figure out how to download them or wait for the Season 1 DVD.
Hi Sheila,
Thanks for the invite. And congrats on the book deal. I think we may have bumped into each other at a SinCNE thing.. maybe Crimebake? I also stop by Writers Plot blog every once in a while...as someone who writes garden mysteries, i'm kicking myself for not thinking of that name first!
Hey Sheila!
Congratulations on the contract. A glassblower mystery sounds intriguing. Where is it set? I'm curious partly because I live in a state known for its art glass. Keep us posted on publication date. Sounds like writing runs in the family.
Hi Sheila,
You are so right that that landing a good agent and/or a contract takes a lot of persistence, a very thick hide, and a big dose of luck. I finally found both, separately, in the same week several years ago. So maybe the stars do align...
Hi Sheila - sometimes you have to keep looking at the contract, don't you, to make sure you're not dreaming! Congratulations, and the book sounds intriguing - is "Glassblower" someone's name, or job?
