thanks for your invite. And yes, "krimileser" means reader of crime literatur. I just mentioned that I respect your attitude, that you spoke to 15 people (or so) and sold 7 books and were happy.
Thanks for the invite. Sounds like you're a busy guy. Your blog is quite entertaining. I've experienced that big Amazon jump too. My book landed in the Top 100 on the African-American interest best-sellers' list (No. 92). By the time I emailed a friend to check it out, it was gone. Oh well!
it doesn't work like that. whe you actually have a book you slide in the other direction. make a printout now while you can still fit all those digits on the page.
hello steven, thanks for the welcome. it was quick. i've only just signed up. are you lurking there in cyberspace waiting to pounce on new members? have i been webstalked? congratulations on making it into the shallow side of a million on amazon. i feel sorry for the little old amazon accounting lady who has to count the books every half hour.
It's great to be here, Steven. This is a really awesome gathering of writers. I hope you've been well. Please let me know when The Concrete Maze comes out so I can be first in line to pick it up.
Em,
I guess I lied when I said there were no giggles in my latest books. Now that I look at it, I can see where it might be all smiles all the time for some readers...Just wait....
Ingrid,
New series to go with the old one. Also trying to right a thriller. We'll see how that goes.
Deborah,
I'm guessing you're looking forward to QUEENS NOIR. Should be a good one.

Yep, I'm asking my non-American friends about American history for help. :-)
