Thanks for checking in. We had a great weekend out east in Long Island, and, as always, I am working on a next book. Dead Connection comes out July 16, so I've got a few more weeks before tour starts.

I used to live in Madison WI. A beautiful state, Wisconsin. Thanks for the add.

I had a great, though short, trip to Milwaukee. I did get a chance to have a quick drink with the Jordans, who are always such a delight. The conference at Marquette was terrific, and I beat the rain back to New York. Overall, a very worthwhile weekend. Thanks for asking, and I'm looking forward to meeting you.

We don't have quite that much snow, but yes, it's been snowing all week. I had my air conditioner on a week ago. Gotta love the midwest!!
