Yeah, radio theater is, ah, a unique (as in damn near dead) art, but it's a lot of fun. There's actually a pretty decent group in L.A. that does radio theater, though. Can't remember the name off the top o' my head.
What's not to love about You Can't Take it With You? They stage their own hoe-down in a jail cell when the fireworks for their "Russian revolution" go off at the wrong time. Pure Capra-corn at its finest!
That's so funny that You Can't Take it with You is one of your favorite movies. Even though it won Best Picture, it's not as well known as Capra's other pictures. Cool choice.
Radio theater, huh? A few years back I wrote and directed a real radio theater turkey called Hollywood Homicide. But, hey, the sound editing was good...
Sheesh, I haven't even had a chance to settle in & get comfortable & Daniel's already tryin' to start something! I see how ya are, Aussie boy.
Nice to meet ya Laura, and yeah, Beauty & the Beast is one of the finest films ever made. I just realized that the majority of my fav flicks are in black and white. That's interesting...

Ah--Cocteau's "Beauty and the Beast." What is there to say?
