Man, I haven't seen this since film class in college. I'd forgotten just how good it was at evoking dream-logic: the sudden jumps, the chasing after things that are never caught, the mysterious yet somehow normal transformation of everyday objects....brilliant.

It also takes me back to the class where I saw it, where after it was over and we were all sitting in stunned silence, someone spoke up from the back of the room and said, "that's it. No more pizza before bed." .
