Marital Rape and Abuse - Can she Escape

On 11/11/2008 my daughter Regan Martin's story of domestic abuse appeared on the front page of the Chicago Tribune. Her ex-husband served 19 months for brutally attacking her. He was recently put back into prison for violating his parole. He has continued to stalk her from prison.
