Hi Beth

I've signed up for your newsletter, Thank you for the invite. I've had a look at your website and would love to read your work, it sounds very exciting. Here's hoping I win this months' competition. Am I able to buy your books in the UK?

Hi Beth,

So glad to be part of this group. I'll definitely add your books to my reading list. So many books, so little time. . .

By the way, congratulations on signing a new book contract. Awesome!

My pleasure, I would have done it sooner if I knew this place existed, I am glad I found it though.

I was wondering if the Crimescenewriter group you suggested to me has any special requirements to join. They didn’t want me. I feel so “high school-playground” rejected. I need an outlet that will answer my technical questions about crime and procedure, and I’m not sure that Crimespace is the right place for it. When I tried to join Crimescenewriter, I didn’t give them any personal background. I just told them that I was writing and illustrating a graphic novel. Maybe that was my problem. What would you suggest?

Hi, Beth ... happy to know you. You certainly are quite the ubiquitous online presence (which is very good)! I see we're connected on Goodreads as well.

Hi Beth - I'll definitely check out your blog - which sounds wonderful! I'm just getting started on mine, which will be devoted to discussing "The Place of Place" in writing.

Hi Beth,

It's always good to see a name I recognize, and good to hear from you. We've had computer problems the past couple of days, but now I'm back in circulation.

Is this a site here we can announce a new book? Bogey Nights just got picked up and will be coming out sometime in August. I'm pretty excited. If you were here you'd know that by the fact that I'm hanging from the ceiling fan.

Hello Beth,
Sure, I will put your books on my to read list--I've already added 3 new authors. This is a great way to make new crime fiction discoveries.

Hi Beth. I'm so glad to see you survived the Central Texas flooding. Hope you enjoyed the Hill Country anyway. We got a lot of rain up here, but nothing like they did there. We hope it's not the last for the summer!

I'm glad you liked my movie list. Picking favorite movies seemed easier than identifying favorite authors or books. Too many to count!

Hi Beth. Thanks for adding me on CrimeSpace.
BTW ... I went to your blog and found some good info. I ended up signing up for DorothyL. Like I really needed more Internet stuff to read. LOL

Thanks, I'll definitely look for your books!

I haven't read any of the NASCAR series, the idea doesn''t grab me, either. I keep hoping for more Appalachian stories.

I'll check out the books. Thanks for the recommendations. I signed up for your newsletter too. I see Nancy Pickard mentioned in a post on your page and it reminded me of Nancy Kress, whose books I like a lot too.
