Thanks for the friendship. As for Spongebob Squarepants, I like him, but must confess Patrick is my favorite. Good luck with your novel. Lynette

Re: going to Royal Festival Hall, and Kubrick's 2001. Went to the RFH once and loved it, tho I was a bit jetlagged, had just arrived. Noticed you like Spongebob Squarepants. Wonder what Kurbrick might have done with that!

Also, don't know if you get Dexter (TV show) in the UK. Incredible show, but you've probably heard about it: serial killer POV, who kills yeah other serial killers.

We're celebrating turkey day (aka Thanksgiving) over here this week.

Do you have a sample of Cheetah anywhere. I put the first chapter of my New Orleans suspense thriller (and my book trailer) on my website.

Cheers,
Susan

Still trying to promote my political thriller 1/1:Jihad-Britain, it's an uphill struggle in the UK with so few places prepared to review. So sad when I think of the work that went into this one and the fact that it is so current. Still. I expect I will get over it providing your blog brings you in some returns keep it up.

Awesome blogsite Robin, now I know why you don't find time to review. If I can figure out how I would like to check it out everytime you update. Best of luck with it and I hope it does you a lot of favours.

Thanks for the friend invite, Robin. Your thriller sounds like an interesting and exciting read. If you like police procedurals, check out John Santana, my Colombian born homicide detective in White Tombs and The Black Minute. The third book in the series, Bad Weeds Never Die, will be released next year.

Oops, didn't notice you liked Kubrick. I'm a big fan of his also. Love how he uses music to accompany certain scenes ... raping to Rossini in Clockwork Orange, and the wonderful Shostakovitch waltz in Eyes Wide Shut when Nicole K is dancing with the seductive Count.

Hi Robin, happy to make your acquaintance. Yeah, I love that Reacher guy. Hope you'll check out MY guy, New Orleans PD homicide detective Frank Renzi, in my suspense thriller ABSOLUTION.

Incidentally, tho I haven't been there for a while, I've been to London a few times and enjoyed it a lot. Great art museums and concert halls.

Cheers,
Susan

Glad to be your friend, Robin. Yes, I'm a big admirer of P.D. James! And she has been my constant inspiration. Unfortunately I don't get over to Crimespace very often, spend most of my time on Facebook. Send you a friend request (at least I think it's you) on Facebook. http://www.mmgornell.com and http://www.mmgornell.wordpress.com.

Much success with all your literary endeavors! Madeline (M.M.) Gornell

Glad to meet you Robin. I have a couple of mysteries on Amazon. Check them out, if you're interested! They're cozy mysteries based in a small town like the one I live in.

Hi Robin, Thanks for welcoming me. I note you are an aspiring author and wish you luck as you will need it but promotion is far harder than the writing. Incidentally I note you are a reviewer perhaps you would like to review my latest novel: a political thriller entitled 1/1 :Jihad-Britain which is due out in the next month or so?
