I'm the editor of MysteryAuthors.com, a flash webzine and author promotion site. My romantic mystery, VISIONS, released in January 2007 and I have a murder mystery, TWELVE STEPS TO MURDER, on the way.

Books And Authors I Like:
Koontz, King, Kenyon...um, a lot of "K" authors, it appears. If you're an author whose name starts with "K," message me. I'll probably like your work. LOL
Movies And TV Shows I Like:
HUGE movie buff, from girlie romantic comedy to hard core action to well-written sci-fi and a sprinkling of horror. Not a TV watcher these days.

What gets "rerun" on the DVD Player: Wedding Planner, Blue Crush, Pirates of the Caribbean 1&2, Long Kiss Goodnight, LOTR trilogy, SW 6-pack, Harry Potter 1-4 (usually 4), Ice Princess, Princess Diaries 1&2...Buffy, Angel, and Babylon 5 series DVD's get a run every now and again as well.

Taste A Grand Seduction

Now available from Eternal Press, A Grand Seduction tells the tale of scheming, affairs-for-hire, and murder along the otherwise peaceful banks of the Delaware river. Here's an excerpt: **** The redhead’s spoon went on its fiftieth twirling tour of her coffee cup. “You were right about the furniture polish. He fell.” To Dominique’s alarmed expression she hastened to add, “He’s fine, big baby. Just a bump on the arm and a sore back.” She stopped twirling and stared at the milk-sotted liquid. “… Continue

The "Green" Writing Challenge

As part of my own effort to make my lifestyle a bit "greener," I took a look at my writing, and how much it potentially affects the environment. Realizing there were a lot of things I could do to minimize this, I developed the Green Writing Challenge, and have made a commitment to green up my writing career this year.

What makes writing un-green? Here are some ways our job impacts the en

Ghostly Guest Blog

Do you believe in ghosts? In my guest blog over at author Heather Froeschl's site, SPIRITUAL VISITATIONS, you'll find out that I do. It's hard not to when one stalked you at work!

Have you had any ghostly visitations? If so, have you ever used these experiences in your writing? I'd love to hear about it here. Meanwhile, check out my ghost stalker story here:

I hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July and holiday weekend! (Sorry I'm late with this--we had a death in the family.)
I'm hoping all is well with you and that you're feeling fine, too.
Talk to you soon,

Hi, Lisa,
Welcome aboard my yacht of dubious reality. Your face looks familiar, must have seen it on the net somewhere.
Before publishing, I'm having a few "space" friends, among others, read my novel, FOUL SHOT(a freebie). There's a brief synopsis on my site via my page here, and the ms should be up in full in a few days, computer willing.
Meanwhile, if interested, I can send it over as a document if you'll email me at coastar2002@yahoo.com.
Welcome again, and thanks.

Hi Lisa- I don't get out to the movies as much as I'd like these days, sadly...but I really enjoyed Cloverfield! And I can't wait to see Ironman....

Lisa,
Visions sounds related to, but not identical with, a novel that has generated some interest as a screenplay. Love to know more about your web site and so I'll keep digging. Nice to have another talent.
Best,

David
