I'm glad to meet the author of the Dassas Cormier mysteries. I liked Dassas, and reviewed The Colonel's Tale on my book blog in Sept. Welcome!

Hi Sarah, Long live the BBC and Acorn!

I am currently obsessed with Midsomer Mysteries...I can't seem to get enough!

And I am sad to say that I am on my last DVD of As Time Goes By. What on earth will watch now????
  • Sarah Baker

Karen, I understand. I've seen the entire series of As Time Goes By at least 3 times, maybe more. I'm anxious for them to rebroadcast Foyle's War on Mystery -- I missed a few. What a fantastic series! And I'm working on something now set in the 40s. Hmm. I wonder if it would do any good to write PBS. ~~Sarah

Vinton--Orange's backdoor, or is it front? Thrilled to connect, Sarah! Glad I tapped into your friendly face and sent the invite. So many great folks on CS. I need to spend more time on it, getting acquainted. Guess I'll have to stop sleeping!

AND, I've got to check out the Dassas Cormier mysteries. Sounds like my neck of the woods. BTW -- what part of NM do you live in? I lived in Albuquerque for three months in the 70s, and in El Paso, Tx, next door to NM, for 18 years before moving to central Texas.

Sarah, No, not Alaska or Colorado or Mississsippi, but Johnson's Bayou (or at least the Sabine Lighthouse is in my book two of the series which comes out this fall!! Cool coincidences, huh?
