Neil... I forgot you were on my panel at Malice... email me, okay? Nancy and I are co-moderating and I'm thinking of doing a take-off on American Idol... instead of performing, you'll talk about your book. What do you think? I'm tired of straight panels--Iand 'm willing to be the fool cause I dont have a new book out... will you help?
Neil,
I wanted to let you know that I get a lot of great comments on your story in the Toys for Tots anthology, BY THE CHIMNEY WITH CARE. Thanks again for being part of that!
Hey Neil...this doggie is a mix, a rescue. I believe she has quite a bit of Finnish Spitz in her, actually. Thanks for the book recommendation!! Much appreciated!! Lori
I think you are right! And the big houses are falling because they seem to be resistant to new technology which in the long run would benefit them.
I've gone with a small press, and so far am quite satisfied. Yes, some bookstores resist them, but the walls are crumbling one by one.
In another ten years, the publishing world will not be recognizable, compared to today. Interesting.
And from what a read about "Dark Energy" the more I realize how much is still out there in our fabulous universe waiting for us to learn! No end to story material, eh?
Dear Neil, I'm a member there ^__^ Incognito! *g* Thanks for mentioning it - I try to drop the name of the group at several occasions around the net too - and for inviting me as a friend. Have Mahu Surfer behind my left shoulder in the shelf, it's only one Dorien mystery before it. I hope you plan on writing more in the series. Best, Martial
As a matter of fact, I am the proud owner of some semi-serious aloha shirts. That get-up you describe could get me into the finals of the Hawaiian Contest.
Hi Neil,
I had a great time at LCC Denver and I loved getting to meet you. In fact, I just started reading Mahu Surfer this morning. Enjoying it very much.
I feel so lucky to have sat at the same banquet table with you, Jeff Cohen, Chris Grabenstein, and Donna Andrews. The stories, jokes and past convention insights helped give me an insider's view of the whole thing and just cemented my feeling that the people associated with our genre are the friendliest, most accepting people in the writing world. Thanks for making the experience one I will not forget.

Do you think we could get Craig on this list? I wonder. I might just send him a note to see if he'll play.
