Profile Information

About Me:
What's there to know? I'm still fighting it out in the world of digital and print publishing, serving as Director of Content and Audience Development of a news publishing company. I used to work in PR and am an avid stamp collector. I also read a lot, do some writing, probably spend too much time playing Eve Online, and am a judo black belt.
I Am A:
Books And Authors I Like:
Oh good grief. Madeline L'Engle got me started writing. Tolkien. Lately, a lot of Robert Crais and Harlan Coben. Love Karin Fossum. Neil Gaiman. Read quite a few biographies and histories too.
Movies And TV Shows I Like:
Not much for TV, but I do like Weeds and John Stewart. Favorite movies probably include Breakfast Club, Shawshank Redemption, and perhaps I'll come up with more later. Lately, I've been into Walking Dead.

Exciting News

I just wanted to share this with my Crimespace friends, but wasn't sure where, so I stuck it here.

Last week, my girlfriend and I became engaged. We have the date narrowed down to one of two weekends in April.

I'm 41 and she's 36, and this is a first for both of us, so it has already been a bit of adventure, but an exciting one.

I just wanted to share the news with my friends here.

New client

It's not writing related, but we've added a new client and we're pretty excited about it.

It is the first entry under "wins."

In my marketing blog today, which covers an aspect of social media, I give a little mention to Crimespace, in case anyone's interested.

My Big Announcement

It has been more than a year in the works... and now, hopefully, we'll reap the benefits of patience, planning and hard work.

And yes, soon we'll be announcing a package of promotional services for authors.

Please read our announcement press release.

Hi Clay,

I have a place in Sparta, TN. I will be driving near Lafayette around the middle of July when I head up to Michigan. I always avoid Nashville and back-road it.

Are you going to Killer Nashville? I'm going for the first time.

So, you're EC Morgan...

I read your story in Crime Spree and the one for Cruel World, "Jessie" I think it was.

They were excellent.
