Remember last week, when I posted about songs getting stuck in my head? Well, here's another one.

I'm part of a new anthology called DYING IN A WINTER WONDERLAND. It's very cool, and the profits go to Toys for Tots, which is also cool. The stories are all holiday-related; mine is called "Happy Holidays Times Three" and concerns three not-so-wise men who plan to profit from the holidays in a non-legal way. They run into a snag, however, in the form of a dead body that won't go away.

I had a good time with the story and it's been a great experience working with Wolfmont Press and editor Tony Burton. The book is for sale on Amazon, from Wolfmont, and of course from me. I hope it strikes people as a great Christmas gift for the mystery reader on their list. I mean, what could be better than 13 holiday crimes that only cost $11.95?

The downside? Guess which song is stuck in my head these days. "Sleigh bells ring, are you listening...?"

Hooray for all of us, Tony, especially you, because being The Leader is much harder than being one of the contributors. (And if it hadn't gone well, we all know who'd have taken a big hit in the pocketbook.) "Bless you," says I, and Tiny Tim, and everyone.

Peg, thanks for being part of this anthology. As you know, but others need to know too, we made our goal for this year PLUS a little. A couple of weeks ago Wolfmont Press was able to contribute $3,300 to the Toys for Tots program. The credit for this success goes to all the wonderful authors who worked so hard to promote and sell this anthology. Thanks, ladies and gentlemen!

(And by the way, I still have a few copies left-- http://www.wolfmont.com for more info!)
