Hi folks,

I'm bursting. CRIES AND WHISKERS, the new Theda Krakow/Musetta mystery, is here! Well, my boxes have arrived, anyway. The advance press has been gratifying and the book should be appearing in stores (and Amazon, etc.) over the next few weeks. However, this is the gift giving season. So if you are interested and you'd like to make SURE you get your copy, or if you want an autographed and/or personalized copy for yourself or to give, please consider ordering from one of the following outlets.

I'm doing events at these fine stores, and I'd love to see you at any of them (please introduce yourself if you come!). But even if you can't make it, you can still purchase an autographed/personalized book. Please contact one of the following bookstores. I will be signing extra copies at all of these stores for them to keep on hand – and if you order before my event, I can personalize and sign a book especially for you – and they'll mail it out! (If you simply want bookmarks, just email me your snail-mail address and I'll send 'em out pronto.)

Partners & Crime, 44 Greenwich Ave. (corner of Charles), New York, NY. 212-243-0440. (I'll be signing and reading next Monday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. - pre-Chanukah!)

Kate's Mystery Books, 2211 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, 617-491-2660 (I'll be signing at Kate's holiday party on Fri., Dec. 7, 5:30-6:15)

Harvard Book Store, 1256 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA 617-661-1515 (I'll be signing and reading at my own party, Fri., Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.)

Brookline Booksmith, 279 Harvard St., Brookline MA. 617-566-6660 (I'll be signing and reading with author Karen Olson on Tues., Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.)

All best, Clea
