This week wasn't much for book signing, but I taught a writing class at Anne Arundel Community College and spent a lot of time preparing for the release of Russian Roulette in June. I have new bookmarks, and have ordered both a mailing list of mystery readers and the post cards I'll be sending. Coasters and a print ad are in the design phase. I've received blurbs for the book from some great friends. And I've mailed out about 50 pre-release review copies

Very soon I'll be inviting you all to a couple of giant release parties, showing you the new book trailer and telling you how you can get your own free copy of the new novel. If you want the details, read my main blog.

Hey, thanks for reading me! I don't read enough of other people's work, but I'll seek you out now.

I'm prolly not as busy as everyone things - most of these events are just a couple of hours. But I love the personal interaction with readers. BTW, I suspect your cats got their names for the same reason Princess is the Wonder Cat - She's really a dog in a cat suit, based on her behavior.

After reading that you are owned by a feline named Princess the Wonder Cat, I must 'fess up that I am owned by three felines named DeOhGee, Rin Tin Tin and Rover. I now no longer feel so bad about my cat's names.

Now that the obligatory cat stuff is out of the way, I really like the Hannibal Jones series. I think there is one I haven't read yet, but I'm working on a sequel to one of mine, so there isn't much reading time left. I don't know how you keep up with your schedule. Of course I am lazy and old so that might have some bearing on my level of energy.
