Hi Ben,

I'm a multi-genre writer and most of my writing is based on personal experiences including my crime faction novel, SAYONARA. I'm an ex-grade school teacher with 20 years of experience in children's literature. An International publisher requested my Super Space Kids series and an American Publisher requested my memoir "ME AND HER:a Memoir of Madness.

The Rescue Kids picture book series is based on personal experiences too. I belong to children's writing critique groups as well as crime writer groups

Ben, my advice is write what you're passional about regardless the genre. Branch out and be brave ... Love the sound of your "humorous dog" book.

I enjoy pushing boundaries of my comfort zone. I'm trying crime humor, as opposed to crime thrillers. And people keep saying I should do a kid's book. I've got a dog with a huge personality who would be a great muse. Then again, I don't have kids.

What got you into kid's stuff?
