Yes, some authors do that and I think it's terrific. I have seen two that I think are spectacular. All the entries are written as the characters and it's great fun and really makes reading their books more interesting. It's like it gives you insight into the way they think. Doesn't matter if they don't really exist. Like I said, it's great fun to read and respond to them.

Umm, aren't characters fictitious? You mean authors now pretend to be their characters? A bit like detectives who are cats? Hmm. a fictitious blog.
