As far as I know, there is no transcript of the video. Your connection is probably not loading the video fast enough. When that happens to me, I just pause the video and do something else until it is loaded.

Constant stopping? Wait for the video to load I guess. It's a 35 min. video with no stopping, so I'm guessing there's some problem on your end.
