An interview with Jackson Burnett regarding his legal mystery, The Past Never Ends, appears at Open Book Society. Check it out. Here's the link:http://openbooksociety.com/article/jackson-burnett-author-of-the-pa...
Thanks, Dana. The interviewer's questions impressed me. They certainly weren't cookie cutter questions. The book is set in 1998 so if it remains unread on your Kindle a while, it's not going to be anymore dated than it already is. That's the nice thing about writing a period piece.
Well done on both ends. it's nice to see an interviewer has has obviously read the book ask intelligent questions that aren't spoilers. Same with the answers. You tease the reader with how well thought out things are, but don't give anything away. The book has been on my Kindle for a couple of weeks now, but I'm jammed up at work and with a few things I owe people. That's the nice thing about Kindles; it'll be there when I'm ready.
