Do you dread rewrites? Do you avoid them whenever possible? A good rewrite or edit may be the difference between the book being published or not.
A Corpse in the Soup was competely rewritten before publication. It was the debut novel in the Silver Sisters Mysteries, and we stll had a lot to learn. Seven Deadly Samovars only required some edits. The third book, Vanishing Act in Vegas is due out at the end of the year. This month we start Book 4 - working title Diamonds in the Dumpster.
Without that first rewrite, there might not have been a book two, three and four.
