Presumed Innocent is on my top 3 all time favorites. About a year ago I had this desire to rewatch the movie (my husband couldn't remember it) ; I was surprised to find it was out of circulation. I ordered a copy and now have a few. I also ordered a couple paperbacks of the novel. All these years later and it still stacks up with anything published or produced post Presumed innocent.<br />

I am looking forward to the sequal. I hope I am too young for alzheimer's, but I swear I remember reading what I thought was a sequal years ago. I know I read a Turrow book, after Presumed Innocent that focused on the Rusty's lawyer.<br />
I always though that, Turrow should write a prequel to Presumed Innocent, playing up the affair and giving us more insight into Rusty's wife and what lead her to such drastic actions.
