thank you! i'm hardly on here anymore, but love to make new friends.
switched horror. at the moment just finishing my novel for my publisher!
Jane Eyre with vampires (and no I'm not kidding).
lovely to meet you!
Robin,
If you're around on the 9th September, please feel free to come to the launch of my book 'Red Station' at Goldsboro Books, Cecil Court, WC2 (details are on the Events page). Wine will be available, and a lot of good chat. Adrian
Hey Robin, Welcome, and Good to hear you are a Felicity Young fan. I thoroughly enjoyed her Aussie debut A CERTAIN MALICE; certainly a recommended read. Still waiting to obtain copies of the subsequent ones. Indridason too is gritty and realistic and his policeman Erlendur, laconic and quite interesting as a detective. Check out the DVD named JAR CITY which is a recently filmed version of his novel.
Will look out for your reviews. Good luck and keep plugging the novel; you should at least have more inroads to it than some of us unknowns out there...
Robin, thanks for the invite, nice to meet you down these mean streets....
I read your GUTTED review and it blew me away, just delighted you got along with Gus so well. But, man, you're right...he does like a dram doesn't he. Clock's tickin on that liver of his.
Hi Robin
Good to meet you here. Many thanks for the support for the books and your kind words about Gallows Lane. The best of luck with your own writing.
Cheers
Brian
Hi Robin, nice to meet a fellow ww-er here. And a fellow fan of Madmen (not to mention spongebob squarepants). I'm one of the few people who's missed out on The Wire - usually on past my bedtime!

It's nice to have friends (don't want to look like Billy No Mates!). Will look out for your books. Cheers. Geraldine
