Thanks for the encouragement on the novella, Matt. It's coming along slowly but surely. I've got Dead Man's Dust working it's way to the top of the to-be-read pile. Looking forward to getting to it.
I read Switch last year and it was awesome - literally had to do everything one-handed because I just couldn't put it down (a bit like another book I've recently read....J&W...... ;-p)
Hi Matt, thank you for your recommendations! I'm interested in London based protagonists right now because of my trip to London. I've read books in the past based on the home town of the main character because I find that it lends a bit of texture and color to my visits. I think that this enables me to avoid the typical tourist experience. I'm also going on London Walks walks and day trips out of the city as well.
p.s. This is my first trip to Europe and I'm very excited!
Hi Matt, If you're going to the London Book Fair, do come and say 'hello'. I am there on Monday and Tuesday. You'll find me on stand J205. Best wishes, Pauline.
Yes, you did, thank you. I'm honoured.
I'm also very green at blogging, and tend to forget to check what's going on, so this may take some getting used to.
I did a review for your book which should be posted soon since we are getting closer to the publication date. You can bet I'll be looking for the next books.

Thanks for accepting the request.
(based on that Steely Dan song that's been stuck in your head since 1980)

The covers are fantastic. Very noir.
Thanks for being a friend.
Just picked up Dead Men's Dust. Looking forward to reading it. In fact, it will probably jump the line in the TBR pile. Good luck with next one.
Hi all, this is a link to an interview with me at THE BIG THRILL (ITW) conducted by Janice bashman.
