Brenda -- we're getting some wild weather in Ottawa now, all four seasons in winter, it seems. Welcome aboard - hope you visit my webpage and look around. All the best

Greetings from New Orleand to Au....wish I could visit sometime during my life- maybe the second time around.
My book, The Beatitudes, is a paranormal thriller set in New Orleans. It will be out in the fall and I am donating all royalties directly to the New Orleans Public Library Foundation. Libraries support the infrastructure of a great city, so I have started The Beatitudes Network to promote awareness of the importance of public libraries in NOLA.
The blogsite www.beatitudesinneworleans.blogspot.com describes the Network, has excerpts from The Beatitudes, recipes, and more. Merci mille fois. Lyn Lejeune.
Writers, please pass the word…..it’s for a good cause….don’t let the libraries of New Orleans or the US go the way of The Great Library of Alexandria. P.S. just posted an excerpt on my Crimespace page.

I would love to put together a selection of short stories dealing with Spousicide (or whatever the term is, for one spouse killing off another). Perhaps it could be called The Spouse Trap? Anyone interested?

If any nice people have written to me lately without a reply - please be even more nice - and patient. I've been interstate visiting my Munsterous family and am about to go visiting dead statues in the Greek Isles. I look forward to making contact with everyone when I return.

Hi, I've read all of the issues of Outpost.
I had a story in the 2nd issue and have another one coming in the 4th issue.

Come over to Book Place- it looks interesting. Morgan Mandel invited me and asked me to invite everyone else.

Hi folks, still finding my way around. One thought, whereas I would love to rea everyone's books, TIME and ACCESS is a big problem.BUT taped books are a delight for travellers like me. Anyone out there on Chivers, or other taped libraries?

I must be a bit slow tonight: I know you now; I've read two of your stories, and very good they were too.
"Sound of Silence," I found a bit disturbing, but something I thought about for a long time- and isn't that a mark of a very, very good story.
Well done!

Hi, Breanda,
No, unfortunately, have not yet had the pleasure of seeing Hunt Angels, though I saw a few reviews and it seemed very interesting. I may catch it before too long on SBS or the ABC, as I'm sure the commercial networks will not be at all interested in art of that kind.
I like to see movies at the Norton in Leichhardt and have seen quite a few good ones there in the last few years, but there has been very little showing that has taken my interest of late. (The last film I saw was Notes on a Scandle, and that was quite good.) I might go and see the French film, The Singer, this Sunday. A romance might be good for a change. (Most of the films I see are very serious and I think I need a change.)
All the best and look forward to chatting again.

Julie, I've reread, It Could be You and Let's Dance. Hey, I can see why you were in Bullet, poor old Wannabee is a pussycat in comparison.
