thanks, they're all asleep now. Mommy too. i'm just cooking some meat for her, to keep her going strong. but the Dad (who's also asleep in the corner, not far) will have some--or he'll feel cheated!
Hey!
I lived in Chesterfield for 13 years working for McAir, until Boeing at the goose that laid golden eggs. I left for Maryland. My upcoming Nick Schaevers mysteris are based in St Louis. He converted the Levine Hat Company into a gigantic loft. (The Levines get a kick out of it, that their bsuiness is about to be the "bat cave" of a noir detective. The series debuts next year!
If a author writes a novel in the forest, and nobody reads it, did it make a sound?
I'm newt, slithering from the shallow end of the gene pool, into the open ocean. Sharks are likely to eat me before the salt water kills me, but who wants a quiet life?
Hi Cyndi!
Yep, most of my buddys say I am a 'hoot'.
I'm the dance mom of a 16 yr old ,so I bet we could compare notes.
Nothing like reading the classic mysteries. I loved Christies Tommy and Tuppence series.
Hi Cyndi! Thanks for the invite. I've always meant to read some Sherlock Holmes. Actually, trying to become a writer without doing that is probably some kind of crime.
Thanks for the invitation. I'm a Holmes fan...have you checked out the Larry Millett Holmes in America series? Or Carole Nelson Douglas' series on Irene Adler? Great series!
I'm a devoted reader and as yet unpublished mystery writer and am currently reading James Lee Burke...and a few others!
Hi Cyndi! And welcome!
I checked you blog. Looks like you have your hands full with your growing family of puppies. And a teen queen! Congratulations! And keep on reading. That's what we all need: more readers!

I'm not only a writer but a big fan of crime and romantic suspense fiction. At the moment, I am reading Karen Harper's THE FALLS.
