Hello, David. Creepers blew me away. Met and heard you at the Love Is Murder in 2006. Great talk about creating a platform. I totally agree with you on Route 66. Fantastic scripts. Nice to get together again.
Hey David - Thank you so much for the invite, and what a coincidence that I'm reading Lessons from a Lifetime of Writing as we speak, er, write. The book is fantastic. You're an excellent teacher, and I look forward to reading Scavenger. BTW, my father-in-law Bob has a vacation home in Santa Fe, at a golfing community called Las Campanas. Bob's from a Chicago suburb, but spends every chance he can in Santa Fe. LOVES it! We were there a couple of summers ago visiting him as well as my brother's family who have a vacation home in Angel Fire. Beautiful state you have there!
Thanks for the invitation. I'm actually right in the middle of Scavenger right now. I've read most of your books and enjoyed them (I think Creepers might be my favorite). Also, I lived in Santa Fe for awhile when very young (my sister and I both started school there) before moving to Iowa, where I grew up (went to ISU, though, unfortunately).
I've actually been to Kitchener. I met vampires there. I think they were really Goth kids who took themselves way too seriously, but they did call themselves vampires. That's what I remember the most about Kitchenter.
Hi, David. Thanks for the invitation. I heard you speak on writing in Scottsdale, Arizona, a few years ago and loved the talk. Good to meet you in crimespace!

A friend of mine still raves about your teaching at Iowa in the 1980s.
Thanks again.
Thanks ever so for the friends add.
I've read Creepers, but none of your other books- alas.
What would you recommend?
Thank you for the add!
We keep running into each other like this! That's great!
Slan go foill (bye for now),
Pat.
