I know - 100 songs is not much! I have restricted myself to one from each artist so far. Am having a rest now :o) I love that Tom Waits track. Love the Ramones too :o) Hmmmmm, not put any Ramones up yet!
Worth every penny - you shouldn't feel bad at all! But I do know what you mean - when mam was in hospital, I got talking to one of the nurses one day and it turned out she'd bought my NVQ in management book. I didn't dare ask if she'd found it useful. (She told me and she had - phew! If not, I'd have refunded her the cover price there and then!)
Um... aren't you supposed to encourage people to buy your books? I mean, I know I'm new to this fiction thing, but even so....
Donna, you're too kind! Also with your comment about Pig, for which I thank you. (It's one of those ones that I thought was funny, but I could see lips pursing and arms folding throughout the family... but hopefully, they'll never know!)
Thanks Lynne - not so much on the fun side is a pretty good description!
Julie - thank you - you made my day! But you should have said, I would have sent you a copy. I'm glad you enjoyed it. And, in the interests of believability I tried out every one of those cocktail recipes.
Hi Donna - just finished ...Helena - great fun, thoroughly enjoyed it, although I fear to think what the research did to your liver! Nice work, mate. Hope the ankle's getting better.
Thanks Donna. It had been a rough week but this one is better so far. So sorry about the ankle. My brother broke his and it was not so much on the fun side. He fell off a roof. Maybe a chandelier is not so far? I hope it heals fast for you
Sadly, not a slave in sight when you need one. I have a bottle of tequila though, so that makes up for the lack of slaves. Unfortunately that then means I fall off my crutches, but there you go.
Oh, poor you! Matron's advice is to organise some slaves to run around after you and attend to your every whim - I can't believe you don't have a few of those at your disposal ;). You take care, hen. Keep us posted as to your progress...
Lynne - you are right, but there are good people too, and you are one of them.
Dave - that's the last thing the world needs!
Kevin - I owe you a drink or two.
Julie - will you believe I was swinging from a chandelier? No? Oh well :o)
Donna, I think I'm entitled to a HGate goody bag but I don't even get around to picking up my tickets as a rule, so you're more than welcome to it. I'll be arriving Friday lunchtime.
http://tinyurl.com/37voha --- bad day here -- my son went to school with the accused although that was years ago but still I know the kid and the mother. How can the world be so horrid?

May you heal as quickly as humanly possible.
