Well, not the time when we were there during Katrina and Rita... was a little scary then, but all of the other times, it was nice. For some reason I really enjoy the Texas heat compared to the overly humid Michigan summers, which I also enjoy...but draw towards a/c more than I do down there.Must be even nicer during these times.

My uncle lives in a small town north of Houston called Point Blank. I love it there. Probably cause if you give me a book to read, a somewhat quiet corner (and a beer or two) in an Icehouse...
