Ya know, it took me until almost Thanksgiving to read your Valentine's Day greeting, for which thanks. Not that I'm a slow reader, it's just that when I first signed onto this web-whatever-it's-called, nothing really worked, so I never formed the habit of visiting it. Seems like nowadays it's sort of a jumpin' sort of a sort of place, so maybe that habit will form after all.
Dear Elizabeth,
Thanks so much for adding me! I'm looking forward to getting to know you throughout the coming months and I can't wait until I get a chance to read your book--it sounds great!

Hello Elizabeth -- I'm new here, but I'm really eager to delve in as much as possible. I can't wait to read Death Will Get You Sober. The title has totally hooked me.

Dear Liz
Us noir crew do know about the teacup
I see it as the song in Stephen King's 'Perfect storm'
I'm still so delighted about your nomination
Otto, god bless him........he's the best but I'm a constant source of bewilderment to him
One of me best mates is reading your book and phoned to say

Hi Elizabeth
I'm glad to see another writer who likes to get outside and sweat and/or soak up sun.
I look forward to reading your novel. I've been sober for nearly two decades, but rehab is always an issue for someone in my family.
Hi Liz, thanks for the good wishes. Congratulations on the nice Booklist review. That's fantastic! It was a Booklist review that put my first novel Thicker Than Blood on the road to success. I'll keep fingers crossed for you with Death WIll Get You Sober. Keep fingers crossed for me as well. My agent tells me there's an offer from a NY publisher on my 4th novel Eye of the Mountain God and interest from several others. When does your book hit the stands?
