Hi I was wondering if you would be willing to answer a quick survey (take about 1-2 minutes). This would really help me with my HSC. It is all about crime novels. http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LPRMRW5

Thanks.

Great background for a writer, and a smart title for your first.

Congrats on the upcoming release, JJ. And the media will love your military background, which is great for getting your name out there! Do you know when in 2009 yet? It takes ages, doesn't it.

Hi again JJ,
You'll find the article about publishing at http://www.ian-irvine.com/
It gives some background plus tips on promotion and marketing and how best to cope with what is to come. I'm right in the middle of the editing process on my fourth book and the buzz doesn't go away especially if you've had dreams about being a writer for a long time.
