About Me:
I'm a writer of many genres, having written two science fiction novels, one being reviewed by a publisher (knock wood) and I had a trilogy of short fantasy adventure stories published in a now defunct e-zine, and a short crime story in Out of the Gutter #3 called The Death of Suzie Sunshine.

I also have a short story called the Dixie Chrononauts now available in...

I'm also at Twitter, so follow me and tweet away...

I've just started writing my first crime novel. Also a fan of many different crime writers. I also have a blog under the pen name of Furious D, where I dissect the business side of pop culture. I am also writing a non-fiction book, inspired by my blog, where I try to explain the business of pop culture to the average media outsider.

Thanks for the invite D.R. MacMaster. Love your list of favorite authors, and I've got money that if you read the latest from Megan Abbott and Michael Connelly, you'll be adding to that list.

Great response to the "defining noir" discussion. I agree with everything you say. My definitions, of course, is just a shorthand way to describe noir and hardboiled.
