Hey, Maggie - Sienna is a beauty. I love Goldens, too. Crimespace has been a lot of fun for me. I've met several people here and then saw them in person at cons. Good to see you!
  • Alafair Burke

    Hey, Maggie,

Thanks for adding me. Since you're a dog lover, I thought we might have something in ocmmon1

I saw that the day it came out and sent it right to my publicist. Again, many, many thanks. The next in THE BLACK WIDOW AGENCY series, SPUN TALES, will be out July, '08 so I'll make sure you get a copy. Best, Felicia

How are you Maggie? Thanks for inviting me. Will you be at LCC in Denver?
  • Rhys Bowen

    Hey, Maggie!
We've been real life friends for a long time.
Now I'm glad to be your Crimespace friend too. You were one of the first people to really sell and promote my books, and review them so nicely too. Thank you!

    i think so mmm

Love your picture. Love Goldens. But black Lab/German shepherd crosses are definitely the best dog in the world.

My granddaughter is Maggie--she gets called Maggie May a lot.
  • Toby D Gottfried

This way I get to communicate with you more than 2X /year!
Will you be at LCC Denver? See you then.

Hi Maggie, I was intrigued to get an invite from Sierra! I didn't see her at Bouchercon, but oh, sure enjoyed every second I got to visit with Janet, so think part of that was the doggie vibes. And, I believe, you're responsible for my learning about tuckerization. I can't tell you how many times during pre-B'con it was such a great word to use! When things got frustrated, we yelled, GO GET TUCKED, and I meant it, truly, for it must be a wonderful thing to have characters named after you in so many published works!!! But we did get giggling about it, as we sometimes tend to do, and it is all because I read somewhere, maybe DEADLY PLEASURES site, that you held the record for the most tuckerizations. We're slipping and sliding in Anchorage. Glad you could come up for our B'con and hope to see you at LCC -- I likely won't be in Denver in March, but one never knows! I am planning on Hawaii in 2009 and Baltimore for Bouchercon (maybe).

    Hi Maggie Mary,
Do you also belong to ASPCAcommunity.ning.com?
Lots of great info on there. I just joined there last week.

Hi Maggie, thanks for the invite. Just got back from the New England Crime Bake. Great conference, but it was nice to be welcomed back home by my Australian cattledog/Black Lab mix!

    Hey, Maggie!
Great to see you here. I don't stop by much lately, but I will... :)
  • Neil White

Thanks for the invite, Maggie. I'm slightly scared that you count your reads, but otherwise, it's great to meet you.
  • Neil White

Does doing all of that take some of the enjoyment out of reading, in that do you ever get time to read a book without ever having to worry that you might have to recall something about it?
  • L.J. Sellers

    Hi Maggie
Boston Legal is the highlight of my week.
    Hmm. How sad is that?
Question for you: Is Left Coast Crime worth attending, even if it's too late for me to register as an author?
  • Patricia Ruocco

    Hey Maggie!
How cool to hear from you! And thanks for the friend-mail, this is a new mystery direction for me, so I really appreciate hearing from an old mystery-con friend. Hope all's well with you,
    Patti

I know how $$resources go, I've got my fingers crossed I can get to the Indy Bouchercon -- it's looking pretty good but I'll let you know for sure when I'm able to sign on. I'm very sorry to hear about your mom. We lost my husband Greg's mom at Christmas this year too. Take care, I'll be thinking about you.
